ABclonal Truncated DNA Adapter (UDI) Plate for MGI contains universal truncated adapters and Unique Dual Index (UDI) primers for sample preparation for Next Generation Sequencing on MGI platform. The Set_A provides 96 unique primer pairs (MGI UDI Primers 1-96); the Set_B provides 96 unique primer pairs (MGI UDI Primers 97-192); Set_C provides 96 unique primer pairs (MGI UDI Primers 193-288); Set_B provides 96 unique primer pairs (MGI UDI Primers 289-384).
The kit can not be used to perform PCR-Free DNA lib preparation and 2-3 cycles of amplification are necessary. The kit does not contain MGI Truncated Adapter A7(ABclonal CAT.NO.RK21720).
