Terrific Broth is a classic rich medium for high density growth of E. Coli cells and higher yields of plasmid DNA without the need of antibiotic amplification. Similar in functin to CIRCLEGROW™ except Terrific Broth must be autoclaved in two parts with are combined after autoclaving. Encapsulated Media: simply count out the appropriate number of capsules and drop them in water and autoclave.
