The resulting RNA can be used for library construction in Whole RNA-seq or other rRNA depletion analyses.
This product is suitable not only for total RNA samples with good integrity but also for degraded RNA samples, such as FFPE RNA. The required starting amount of total RNA is 10 ng to 1 μg. -
