This kit employs an improved SDS-alkaline lysis method to lyse cells. The silica membrane within the spin column selectively binds plasmid DNA in the solution under high-salt and low-pH conditions. Impurities and other bacterial components are then removed using a washing buffer. Finally, pure plasmid DNA is eluted from the silica membrane using an elution buffer with low salt and high pH. This kit is suitable for extracting up to 20 μg of high-purity plasmid DNA from 1-4 mL of bacterial culture, and the extracted DNA is ready for use in various molecular biology experiments, including restriction enzyme digestion, transformation, PCR, in vitro transcription, and sequencing.

This kit is suitable for the rapid extraction of microRNA and other small RNAs from various cells and tissues. It uses a unique lysis solution to rapidly lyse cells and inactivate cellular RNases. Organic extraction is employed to remove proteins and DNA. The special silicon – based matrix membrane in the spin column can adsorb total RNA, microRNA, and other various small RNAs. Subsequently, through a series of rapid washing-centrifugation steps, cell metabolites, proteins, and other impurities are further removed. Finally, a low – salt elution buffer is used to elute pure RNA from the silicon – based matrix membrane.

This kit does not rely on toxic reagents such as phenol and chloroform, and can be used for rapid RNA extraction from common animal tissue and cell samples. The excellent silica gel column purification technology can effectively remove residual gDNA and quickly extract animal total RNA. Extracted RNA can be directly used in reverse transcription PCR, qPCR and RNA library construction experiments.

This kit is suitable for rapid and simple extraction of genomic DNA from various fresh plant tissues or cultured plant cells. The extracted genomic DNA fragments are large with high purity and stability and can be directly used for PCR, digestion, hybridization and others. The extraction process does not require phenol/chloroform extraction.

ABclonal Agarose powder is highly purified, applicable for a variety of molecular biology applications. It can be used for analysis of nucleic acids of various sizes (from 50 bp to 15 kbp).
