GenScript’s AmMag Block
enables protein and antibody purification from cultures up to 1 L in volume
using the AmMag SA. Magnetic beads are directly incubated in cultures or
lysates to bind the target proteins or antibodies. Once binding is complete,
the AmMag Block is used to collect the beads at the bottom of the culture
vessel, and the supernatant is discarded. The magnetic beads thus collected are
re-suspended in a smaller volume and transferred into 50 ml tubes, to be washed
and eluted automatically using the AmMag SA purification system, or manually
using the AmMag MR magnetic racks.

eBlot™ L1 is a highly efficient wet protein transfer system, which uses a patented technology developed by GenScript. eBlot™ L1 combines the high stability and efficiency of the traditional wet transfer with the speed and convenience of the semi-dry transfer system. The device allows the efficient transfer of small, medium as well as large molecular weight proteins within 9-17 minutes.  
eBlot™ L1 allows fast and efficient transfer of 1 or 2 mini gels at a time. The system comes with conveniently designed transfer stacks/consumables (sold separately). The setup takes less than 2 minutes and can be performed even with the sponge under a dry state (patent pending).

eStain L1 is a highly efficient protein PAGE gel staining system, which uses Coomassie Brilliant Blue and a patented protein staining technology developed by Genscript. eStain L1 staining system integrates the traditional three steps of fixing- staining-destaining into one step and can stain/destain two protein PAGE gels simultaneously in 10 minutes or less.
eStain L1 protein PAGE gel staining system consists of two parts, one is the eStain L1 protein staining instrument, and the other is the eStain L1 protein staining kit which includes the consumables required for the staining/destaining. After electrophoresis, transfer the PAGE gel onto the gel holder following the instruction and insert the gel holder into the staining chamber. Simply press the start button to start the staining process. The instrument automatically pumps in/out the staining/destaining buffers and no additional reagents or operations are needed. eStain L1 works with all types of precast as well as homemade mini PAGE gels. Compared with the conventional staining methods, gels stained by eStain L1 have crisp blue bands with minimum or no background. eStain L1 also offers superior sensitivity compared to conventional methods and can detect as low as 12.5 ng of protein.

The GenBox Mini Blot Module is compatible with GenBox Mini Electrophoresis tank, which is interchangeable with the electrophoresis module. The GenBox Mini Trans-Blot module accommodates two gel holder cassettes, which is useful for blotting 2 mini PAGE gels at the same time.

The GenBox Mini Blot System is compatible with both the GenBox Mini electrophoresis module as well as the blot modules for tank blotting. The system holds both GenScript’s 10*8 and 10*10 precast gels interchangeably.

The GenBox Mini Electrophoresis Tank runs both GenScript’s 10*8 and 10*10 precast gels interchangeably. It can run one or two mini gels. The mini tank is compatible with GenBox blot modules for tank blotting.
