Description
Butyraldehyde is also known as Butanal. It is an organic compound and the aldehyde derivative of butane and is miscible with the majority of organic solvents. Butyraldehyde is used as an intermediate in the production of synthetic resins, rubber accelerators, solvents, plasticizers, and high molecular weight polymers. Ungraded products supplied by TCI America are generally suitable for common industrial uses or for research purposes but typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
