Description
8-Quinolinol is a heterocyclic phenol and is a cosmetic biocide for use in cosmetic formulations. It is accepted for use as a stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide in rinse-off and leave-on hair care preparations, with concentration limitations. This product appears as a white, crystalline powder with a phenolic odor. Ungraded products supplied by TCI America are generally suitable for common industrial uses or for research purposes but typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
