Tetrabutylammonium Fluoride, Hydrate [for Catalyst of acylation, silylation and cleavage of silyl ether], also known as Tetra-n-butylammonium fluoride or TBAF, is a quaternary ammonium salt used in organic solvents as a source of fluoride ion and for catalyst of acylation, silylation and cleavage of silyl ether.
