Description : AFTSpin Multifunction DNA Purification Kit is capable of providing a simple and fast solution for gel recovery of DNA fragments and PCR product recovery, based on silica gel column purification technology. In the presence of high-disordering salts, the DNA fragments can be selectively adsorbed on the silica-based membrane in the spin column, and then the washing solution removes primers, nucleotides, proteins, enzymes, and other impurities through a series of rapid washing-centrifugation steps; the pure DNA is eluted from the silica-based membrane with a low-salt, high-pH elution buffer solution. Employing a unique gel lysis/binding solution formula, this kit integrates the two functions of gel lysis and binding as a whole, therefore one kit can be used in agarose DNA recovery, PCR product cleaning and purification, and enzyme digestion product purification and recovery. The gel lysis solution/binding solution is prepared as a yellow solution, which is convenient to observe the gel lysis effect and monitor the pH value change, thereby achieving the best binding effect and improving the recovery efficiency greatly.
