Ready-to-Use 2X solution for conventional SDS-PAGE protein sample loading. The main components of Blue Juice are Tris-HCl buffer, glycerol, SDS, and bromophenol blue with β-mercaptoethanol. A protein sample is mixed with the Blue Juice (1:1) and heated in boiling water for 2-5 min.
