Cellulose Gel, FCC acts similarly to an emulsion, suspending ingredients within a solution and preventing water from separating out. It is often added to sauces for both the thickening and emulsifying action. The FCC grade meets the requirements of the Food Chemical Codex indicates and is suitable for all food, beverage and nutritional supplement applications.
