These Certified Vial Kits for LC use particulate free vials for sample preparation and are available with or without graduated marking spots. Choose from bonded PTFE/Silicone or bonded PTFE/Silicone with slit septa.
LC Certified Vial Kits are sealed and reclosable. Container includes:
• (100) Certified 2 mL screw thread, R.A.M vials, 12 x 32 mm
• (100) 9 mm royal blue R.A.M polypropylene open top closures with bonded septa
• Certificate of Conformance
LC Certified Vial Test Parameters include:
• Glass – Type I, Class A, 33 Expansion Clear or 51A Amber Borosilicate
• Dimension – Height, Diameter, Bottom Thickness, Neck Length, Thread Profile, Annealing
• Cap/Septum – Diameter, Height, Thread Integrity, Center Flash, Septa Insertion
• Chemical Test: HPLC Test – Non-volatile residue, GC Test – Volatile Residue
