Description
1,1,2,2-Tetrachloroethane is among a wide variety of TCI America chemicals among Spectrum’s selection. As a chlorinated derivative of ethane, 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane has the highest solvent power of any chlorinated hydrocarbon. It is also used under the name R-13 as a refrigerant. Ungraded products supplied by TCI America are generally suitable for common industrial uses or for research purposes but typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
