Thermometer reports the maximum and minimum temperatures achieved during the dishwashing cycle. It insures proper cleaning by providing proof of meeting the temperature regulation of achieving 180°F (82°C) during dishwashing. Waterproof and metal construction are ideal for applications in wet labs, wash-down areas, and outdoors. Use it in food, pharmaceutical, cleanrooms, and industrial labs. Stainless-steel probe, metal housing and sealed construction make it the most rugged thermometer ever designed for wet environments.
Features include °F/°C switch, minimum and maximum memory readings over any time period, and a HOLD switch (freezes the display to capture a temperature).
To assure accuracy an individually serial-numbered Traceable Certificate is provided from Control Companys ISO/IEC 17025 (1750.01) calibration laboratory accredited by A2LA. It indicates traceability to standards provided by NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). Large, bright 3/8-inch-high LCD (liquid crystal display) is easy to read.
