• All insulated-wire probes include straight insulated cable with no handle and feature ANSI color-coded mini connectors: type K – yellow, and type J – black
• Fiberglass wire is not recommended for use in moist or wet environments
• Exposed-junction probes are not recommended for use with aqueous solutions
• Do not subject type J exposed-junction probes to moisture as they will rust
