Description
Schellbach burets employ a blue line on a broader white band running vertically behind the scale to create an optical effect which causes the meniscus to assume an apparent form. The meniscus is read at the narrowest point of the blue line just the true meniscus. The meniscus of automatic zero burets must be read at the narrowest point of the blue line as Conventional Shellbach burets can be read using either the true or apparent meniscus, however, the same method must be used for both initial and final settings.
KIM-KAP dust cap is included. Scale is durable black ceramic enamel. Replacement stopcock, Cat. No. 845-20998.
