The DWK Life Sciences (Wheaton) CART2 Software is designed to precisely control from 1 to 2,047 R2P units. The software is extremely user friendly allowing for easy remote programming of each individual R2P unit to your specific production requirements. The software also continuously monitors all units for any deviation in rotation speed, power loss, motor or belt failures, communication loss, and temperature deviation (if installed). All changes and alarms are recorded in a Log file with the corresponding date and time. This file provides useful information for GMP and FDA validation.
Included with CART2 is a convenient Log file viewing program. This program allows the log file to be sorted, viewed, and printed to provide the required reports. This program can be launched from within CART2 or can be run as a stand alone.
The DWK Life Sciences (Wheaton) CART2 option can be easily added at any time. Attach the Network Interface or the Multiplexer Network Interface to an open serial port, load the software on the computer, then connect your network cable to each R2P unit.
