Gelatin, Powder is cl1-EAr, translucent, flavorless and colorless solid substance. Obtained from various animal byproducts, most often porcine-based collagen. Its uses vary from cosmetics to gelling agent in cooking as well as pharmaceutical capsules and th1-EAtrical color gel films. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or res1-EArch purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
