The GENECLEAN® Turbo for PCR Kit is a specially optimized kit for PCR purification of DNA fragments of sizes 100 bp to 10 kb. This kit uses the same cartridge housing as the GENECLEAN® Turbo Kit. However, it contains a unique membrane optimized for PCR product purification. It purify larger fragments due to less manipulation of bound DNA. Process with either vacuum or centrifugation & save time with patented Turbo filter design.
