Description : Gloria U Hot-Start DNA Polymerase is a DNA polymerase obtained through molecular modification, which can effectively amplify templates containing uracil. The uracil-binding ability of Gloria U polymerase is inactivated, allowing it to efficiently amplify DNA that has been treated with bisulfite. Moreover, this enzyme exhibits the same high yield and low GC bias as Gloria Nova Hot-Start DNA Polymerase.
Gloria U Hot-Start High-Fidelity DNA Polymerase possesses 5′-3′ polymerase and 3′→5′ exonuclease (proofreading) activities, but lacks 5′-3′ exonuclease activity.
The Gloria U 2X HS Master Mix contains Gloria U DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, 5X Gloria U Reaction Buffer, and other components. Only template and primers need to be added.
