Gold (III) Oxide, also known as Gold trioxide or Gold sesquioxide, is considered to be the most stable oxide of gold; it dissolves in concentrated alkali to form salts that are known to contain the ion, Au(OH)4. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or research purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
