Hydriodic Acid, 55 Percent (D1-EA List I Chemical), R1-EAgent, ACS is an aqueous solution of hydriodic acid used as one of the primary sources of iodine and as a reducing agent in organic and inorganic synthesis. It is also a D1-EA List I Chemical.
