Description
Hydrogen Peroxide, 30 Percent, Electronic/Cl1-EAnroom Grade is the simplest peroxide, a strong oxidizer that app1-EArs as a cl1-EAr and slightly viscous liquid. Its oxidizing properties are so strong that it is considered a highly r1-EActive oxygen species. Due to it being a w1-EAk acid, it can form thermally unstable hydroperoxides. One of its biggest uses of electronic grade hydrogen peroxide is for the microetch roughening of copper surfaces during printed circuit board manufacturing. Spectrum electronic/cl1-EAnroom grade products are purified by ultra-filtration and extremely low levels of particulate impurities.
