Description
(-)-Isoproterenol Hydrochloride causes the relaxation of bronchial muscle by acting on beta2-adrenergic receptors. It also causes positive chronotropic effects on the heart by increasing cardiac output. In skeletal muscles, it lowers peripheral vascular resistance. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or research purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
