Description
Affinity matrix with immobilized KLH used for the purification of antibodies generated against peptide-KLH conjugated antigens by removing antibodies against the KLH portion of the antigen. Anti-KLH antibodies can be removed by solid phase immuno-affinity column chromatography over the KLH- Separopore 4B to obtain clean and specific antibodies against desired peptide.
