Description
(+)-Limonene is classified as a cyclic terpene and has a strong odor of oranges. It is a colorless liquid hydrocarbon used in chemical synthesis as a precursor to carvone. It is named after the lemon because the rind of the lemon contains large amounts of this compound. Ungraded products supplied by TCI America are generally suitable for common industrial uses or for research purposes but typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
