MAGNA LIFT nylon has an average binding capacity of 450 micrograms of DNA/RNA per cm2. Because of its exceptional sensitivity, MAGNA LIFT is superior for high density screening. The mechanical strength allows for easy, smear-free lifts without concern for membrane curling, breaking or distortion. Extensive testing has shown that MAGNA LIFT offers excellent resolution and sensitivity, high binding capacity, high transfer efficiency, no smearing and low backgrounds to enhance signal-to-noise ratio.
