Description
Sodium Stearate, also known as sodium octadecanoate, is the sodium salt of stearic acid. It has both hydrophobic and hydrophilic parts. It can be used as a component of certain food additives as well as found in some types of deodorants. Ungraded products supplied by TCI America are generally suitable for common industrial uses or for research purposes but typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
