Midazolam (CIV), USP is a medication used for anesthesia, procedural sedation, trouble sleeping, and severe agitation. It is a D1-EA CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – SCHEDULE IV and does require D1-EA registration. All Spectrum Chemical manufactured BP, EP grade products are manufactured, packaged and stored under current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) per 21CFR part 211 in FDA registered and inspected facilities.
