Description
Combines the binding characteristics of nitrocellulose with the strength of nylon. The process if impregnating pure nitrocellulose polymer onto an inert web produces a very strong, dimensionally stable hybridization membrane. The inert web provides dimensional strength to prevent curling, cracking and tearing even after braking. Pure nitrocellulose ensures the highest binding nitrocellulose membrane, approxiately 100 micrograms/cm2. NitroPure may be substituted without making any changes in the protocol while maintaining the same high signal and low backgrounds. Triton-free and does not contain any other cytotoxins. Ideal for applications such as DNA and RNA tranfers, where nitrocellulose has been used in the past.
