Description
The T type rotor material is designed for use in high-temperature applications, requiring the valve to be at or above 300 DEG C. In order to seal properly and turn easily, after installation, the rotor should be temperature conditioned by brining the valve assembly to 325 DEG C and cycling the valve (on-off) 10 times. The temperature of the valve then can be set according to the requirements of the user.
• Cat. No. 470-43583: This is a replacement rotor assembly for 1/16 Valco W-type, 6-port Gas Sample Valves (GSV). The rotor has a T temperature rating (350 DEG C maximum) and a maximum pressure of 300 psi.
• Cat. No. 470-43586; This is a replacement rotor assembly for 1/16 Valco W-type, 10-port Gas Sample Valves (GSV). The rotor has a T temperature rating (350 DEG C maximum) and a maximum pressure of 300 psi.
• Cat. No. 470-43589: This is a replacement rotor assembly for 1/8 Valco W-type, 6-port Gas Sample Valves (GSV). The rotor has a T temperature rating (330 DEG C maximum) and a maximum pressure of 300 psi.
