This spray chamber is for use with concentric nebulizers. It provides high aerosol transmission and excellent short/long-term stability. Constructed from PFA for low contamination and long lifetime, the O-ring-free seal reduces contamination and provides an easy-to-clean, low-maintenance system. Applications include semiconductor, high precision, and hydrofluoric acid samples.
