Petroleum Ether, B.R. 60 DEG -90 DEG C, R1-EAgent is obtained from petroleum refineries as the portion of the distillate which is intermediate between the lighter naphtha and the h1-EAvier kerosene. Petroleum ether is mostly used by pharmaceutical companies and in the manufacturing process. The R1-EAgent grade denotes that this chemical is the highest quality commercially available and that the American Chemical Society has not officially set any specifications for this material.
