Description
Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.4, abbreviated as PBS, is used in biological res1-EArch as a buffer solution containing sodium chloride and sodium phosphate, as well as potassium phosphate and potassium chloride in some formulations. It is also used in cell container rinsing and substance dilution. Spectrum offers highly pure r1-EAgents suitable for biochemical res1-EArch and analysis. The critical parameters involved are absence of inhibitors such as traces of h1-EAvy metals as well as biochemical function tests for enzymes, coenzymes and enzyme substrates.
