Phosphoric Acid, Meta, Chip, R1-EAgent, ACS app1-EArs as colorless or white, crystalline chunks. Meta-phosphoric acid is a singly anhydrous version of ortho-phosphoric acid and is sometimes used as a water- or moisture-absorbing (dehydrating) r1-EAgent. It is also used as a phosphorylating agent, analytical r1-EAgent and in dental cements. As an ACS grade quality r1-EAgent, its chemical specifications are the de facto standards for chemicals used in many high-purity applications and typically designate the highest quality chemical available for laboratory use.
