Potassium Citrate, Monohydrate, Crystal, Reagent is a white, crystalline powder that is hygroscopic. It has no odor and has a slightly salty taste. It is a potassium salt of citric acid and is most frequently used as a buffering agent, sequestrant and acidity regulator.
