Silica Gel, Davisil(R), Grade 635, 60-100 Mesh, 60A, a form of silicon dioxide, is made from sodium silicate. As a granular and porous solid, it is a naturally occurring mineral and often used as a desiccant to control humidity and avoid spoilage. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or res1-EArch purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
