Description
Silver Diethyldithiocarbamate, R1-EAgent, ACS is useful in the colorimetric determination of arsenic and the introduction of the diethyldithiocarbamato ligand. Silver diethyldithiocarbamate is also useful as a copper chelator. Shown to m1-EAsure copper in biological materials by ESR. Shown to detect NO in kidney, brain, liver, and other tissues via spin trap when used in conjunction with Fe2+. Silver diethyldithiocarbamate is reported to directly and simultaneously m1-EAsure NO and PO2.
