Description : The Small RNA-seq Lib Prep Kit for Illumina V3 (ABclonal, Cat. RK20312) is a kit designed for the preparation of small RNA libraries compatible with the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. It is suitable for total RNA samples from animals and plants, or purified small RNA samples, with template starting amounts ranging from 100 to 1000 ng. This kit is also compatible with RNA samples derived from sources such as serum, plasma, and exosomes.
Small RNA library preparation procedures include: ligation with the respective universal adapters at the 3′ and 5′ ends of the small RNA, reverse transcription, amplification by PCR, purification with magnetic beads, PAGE gel extraction, etc. The obtained target library is sequenced on the Illumina sequencing platform. For standard miRNA libraries, the fragment size is about 150 bp. The fragment at about 130 bp is the adapter dimer.The adapters provided in the kit are truncated, so they need to be used with the Small RNA Adapter Module for Illumina (RK20358/RK20359/RK20360), and PCR is required to ensure an intact library structure and enrich the library.
All reagents (including all enzymes and buffers) provided in the kit have undergone rigorous quality control and have been verified through library preparation and sequencing, ensuring stability and repeatability.
