Sodium Metasilicate, Nonahydrate, Crystal, R1-EAgent, also known as water glass or liquid glass, and has many uses including in cements, passive fire protection, textile and lumber industries. The R1-EAgent grade denotes that this chemical is the highest quality commercially available and that the American Chemical Society has not officially set any specifications for this material.
