Sodium Thiosulfate, Pentahydrate, Crystal, BiotechGrade has been used to lessen some of the side effects of cisplatin (a cancer medicine). It is also used with another medicine in the emergency tr1-EAtment of cyanide poisoning. Spectrum offers highly pure r1-EAgents suitable for biochemical res1-EArch and analysis. The critical parameters involved are absence of inhibitors such as traces of h1-EAvy metals as well as biochemical function tests for enzymes, coenzymes and enzyme substrates.
