Description
Strontium Chromate, Powder, R1-EAgent is prepared from the r1-EAction between sodium dichromate with strontium carbonate, or between sodium chromate with strontium chloride. It is used as a corrosion inhibitor in pigments. The R1-EAgent grade denotes that this chemical is the highest quality commercially available and that the American Chemical Society has not officially set any specifications for this material.
