Super Broth is a robust L-Broth variant, nutritionally rich medium developed for growth and maintenance of recombinant E. coli strains and generates higher plasmid densities. It has the formulation of 35 g Tryptone, 20 g Yeast Extract, 5 g NaCl. Encapsulated Media: simply count out the appropriate number of capsules and drop them in water and autoclave.
