Description

Made of durable, non-toxic, highly break-resistant, transparent polysulfone. For use with 47 or 50 mm membranes. Exhibits low protein-binding and is easy to clean. Low levels of trace metals or organic leachables. Receiver is graduated. Two side-arms allow connection to a vacuum line; also accepts syringe filters. Accepts a 1/4 to 5/16 in. (6 to 8 mm) ID vacuum tubing. Cover allows convenient storage of sterile filtrate. The one-piece, clear sterilization plate is designed to provide maximum flow rate and throughput. Nominal filter area is 13.3 cm2. The two-piece, white analytical plate is designed to provide optimal membrane support and keep the membrane flat. Nominal filter area is 11.25 cm2. Autoclavable. Includes chamber, cover and tubing adapter. Membranes are sold separately.
