Description
MicroWell polystyrene flat bottom plates for fluorescence/luminescence based cell assays. Plate edges and lids are designed to reduce evaporation. Raised well rims reduce risk of cross contamination. White plates are for minimum autofluorescence and autoluminescence and give maximum reflection. Black plates give minimum background in fluorescence reading and allow minimum scattering of light. Lids included. Total volume: 400 ul. Working volume: 200 to 350 ul.
