trans-Anethole, also known as para-Methoxyphenylpropene or p-Propenylanisole, is a derivative of phenylpropene and used as a flavoring agent; it also has antimicrobial properties against y1-EAst, bacteria, and fungi. Ungraded products supplied by Spectrum are indicative of a grade suitable for general industrial use or res1-EArch purposes and typically are not suitable for human consumption or therapeutic use.
