UltraFi-Taq™ DNA Polymerase is a high-fidelity DNA polymerase with the lowest error rate in the market. It is over 1000x more accurate than wild-type Taq DNA polymerase and offers unparalleled fidelity and specificity. This enzyme has been specifically engineered for hot-start PCR reactions by incorporating an antibody that blocks polymerase activity at low temperatures. This allows for reaction set-up at room temperature without the risk of non-specific amplifications and/or primer-dimer formation. At high temperatures, the antibody dissociates from the DNA polymerase, thus activating enzyme function and providing high specificity and sensitivity for robust, high-fidelity PCR amplifications
UltraFi-Taq DNA Polymerase displays increased processivity compared to wild-type Taq DNA polymerase, leading to higher product yields in less time. This enzyme is ideal for long range PCR amplifications up to 15 kb, next-generation DNA sequencing, mutagenesis, and confirmation of CRISPR-Cas editing.
