The A-shaped base is made of rugged cast iron and is designed for extra stability. It has 8 in. long legs with a black enamel finish. The 5 in. to 7¹/₂ in. opening between the legs is designed for positioning items near the support rod. Includes a removable zinc-plated steel rod that is 24 in. long and ¹/₂ in. in diameter.
