Radiant warm wall heating system provides optimal uniformity and conserves chamber space for drying, curing, vacuum embedding and plating applications. 3-inch (7.6 cm) glass wool insulation prevents heat loss from working chamber. Silicone door gasket and positive latch door maintains seal at all vacuum levels. Polycarbonate safety shield protects door glass. Easy-to-clean stainless steel chamber. Vacuum and air lines are constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel tubing for optimum chamber cleanliness and long term performance. Built-in over-temperature protection. Powder-coated, heavy-gauge steel exterior construction. Two removable stacking aluminum shelves included. Available with hydraulic thermostat or PID temperature control and with dial or LED display. Programmable microprocessor-based PID temperature controlled ovens with independent vacuum and purge needle values run at a single setpoint or utilize a 24-step program of ramps and dwells. Catalog no. 349-25183 has top-mounted independent evacuation and venting vacuum fittings. All other models feature front-mounted three-way valve for evacuation, venting and purging of inert gases with vacuum fittings on front of the unit (uses 0.25 in.
