It is used as the main component in the production of ferrovanadium, a key component in the production of carbon steel used for infrastructure, and an important one in the production of sulfuric acid. Its r1-EAgent grade m1-EAns this is the highest quality commercially available for this chemical and that the American Chemical Society has not officially set any specifications for this material.
